Questions we're asked a lot

Does one unit really both heat and cool?

Yes. A modern air conditioning system is a heat pump. In summer it moves heat out of your home, and in winter it reverses to bring warmth in from the outside air, even on cold days. Because it moves heat rather than creating it, it's typically three to five times more efficient than a standard electric heater.

How much does installation cost?

Every property is different, so we quote after a free survey. As a rough guide, a single-room wall-mounted system starts from around £1,200–£1,800 supplied and fitted. Your quote is fixed with no surprises on the invoice.

Do you offer emergency call-outs?

Yes. Emergency call-outs are £150 for the first hour and £60 for each additional hour, excluding any materials needed. We'll let you know what to expect before we set off.

How long does installation take?

Most single-unit installations are completed in a day. Multi-room or commercial systems typically take one to two days depending on the layout.

How often should my system be serviced?

Once a year keeps a system efficient, healthy and within warranty terms. We offer annual service plans with reminders, so you never have to think about it.
